We care a lot about your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need for (improving) our service and carefully deal with the information we have collected about you and your use of our services. We never make your information available to third parties for commercial purposes.
Deze privacyverklaring is uitsluitend van toepassing op (de diensten van) frank by renee.
Een overzicht van de persoonsgegevens die verwerkt:

Bijzondere persoonsgegevens die worden verwerkt:
Behalve dat wat je frank by renee uitdrukkelijk verstrekt aan informatie, bijvoorbeeld per email of telefoon, verwerkt frank by renee geen bijzondere en/of gevoelige persoonsgegevens over (website)bezoekers of klanten.
Met welk doel persoonsgegevens worden verwerkt:
Doordat je gebruik maakt van de diensten van frank by renee en/of omdat je deze zelf (bijvoorbeeld door het invullen van het online contactformulier) aan frank by renee verstrekt.
Hoelang jouw gegevens bewaard worden:
frank by renee bewaart jouw persoonsgegevens niet langer dan noodzakelijk is om de doelen te realiseren waarvoor je gegevens worden verzameld.
Persoonsgegevens: Naam & bedrijfsnaam, KVK nummer, adresgegevens, contactgegevens & overige
Termijn: 7 jaar (belastingwetgeving)
Persoonsgegevens: IP adres & activiteiten op de website
Termijn: 30 dagen na websitebezoek
Persoonsgegevens: Opdrachten worden na de overeenkomst bewaard in mijn archief en online portfolio.
Termijn: Deze worden bewaard tot jij een verzoek indient om dit te verwijderen.
Gegevens delen met derden/anderen:
frank by renee verkoopt jouw gegevens niet aan derden en zal deze uitsluitend verstrekken indien dit nodig is voor de uitvoering van de overeenkomst met jou of om te voldoen aan een wettelijke verplichting, zoals een bank of accountant.
Gegevens inzien, aanpassen of verwijderen:
Je hebt het recht om je persoonsgegevens verwerkt door ons in te zien, te corrigeren of te verwijderen.
Je kunt een verzoek tot inzage, correctie of verwijdering sturen naar hi@frankbyrenee.nl.
frank by renee zal dan zo snel mogelijk op je verzoek reageren. Om er zeker van te zijn dat het verzoek tot inzage door jou is gedaan, vraag ik jou een kopie van je identiteitsbewijs met het verzoek mee te sturen. Maak in deze kopie je pasfoto en de strook met nummers onderaan het paspoort, paspoortnummer en BSN zwart. Dit ter bescherming van je privacy.
